A day and evening service will be offered. Times and dates are:-

Day-time service: - 9.30am to 1.00pm

• July 19th,
• August 2nd, 16th and 30th,
• September 13th and 27th,
• October 11th and 25th.

You can make an appointment or simply drop-in.

Evening service: - 7.00pm to 9.00pm, every Wednesday night.

• From 20th July to 26th October.

The evening session is a drop-in service only.

Please bring the following items with you:

• your tax file number,
• a copy of last year's assessment notice,
• all copies of your PAYG payment summaries from employers,
• all statements received from Centrelink or Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)
• all eligible termination payment (ETP) summaries received
• all bank books or statements relating to 2004/5 income year
• foreign pension statements/details if you have received a foreign pension
• private health details if you are a member of a private health fund - NOT your Medicare card
• receipts for gifts, donations and where possible work related expenses
• details of your spouse's income (if you had a spouse - married or de facto - at any time during the financial year)
