IRASS provides information amd emergency relief to the community. IRASS practice demonstrates the "intake" core values of the Bureau (advocacy, holistic practice and strength based assistance for clients) and often provides a first point of access and entry by the community to the agency.

We are excited to offer the opportunity for a community focussed Community Development Worker to join our team.
We are committed to social justice, equity, community building and the provision of high quality services in the South East of Melbourne.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to address disadvantage through providing NILS to people on low incomes and the CALD community.
The role involves training and supervision of volunteers and marketing the NILS Program, as well as conducting budgets with clients.
Also, facilitating development of the NILS Program in conjunction with the other NILS Programs based in the City of Greater Dandenong.
