  • Personal interviews will always be conducted in the language of the client's choice.
  • Having been given all the appropriate information, clients will be encouraged to make their own informed choice which is respected at all times.
  • Clients will be encouraged and supported to take action on their own behalf so that they can develop skills that can be used in the future.

About Us

The Bureau is a community-based organisation, established in 1971, which exists to provide practical services for people in the community.

We offer a 'front door' to anyone in the community seeking information or assistance through a daily drop-in session as well as specific-purpose appointments.
